My dear friend/co-worker's daughter Michele is a student at Princeton. She was doing a semester abroad in South Africa and fell in love. Lawrence moved out here and on Halloween, they were married. This is a very non-traditional wedding cake...but if you know the happy couple, it fits them perfectly!
This was a Chocolate Chip Cinnamon cake with a Mexican Spiced Buttercream.
I made these cookies for them to give out as favors.
